There are lots of good ways to learn, from working with practitioners, going on courses, reading, watching videos and practising and noting what changes. When we change we have changed and we move with that. And often these processes are so fast we don't notice our changes.
I think it's useful to notice changes and I designed Brain Art and Brain Sculpture to help people notice how they are, change and to work out what to do next.
